Cresimore Joins Presidia Asset Management as Director of Business Development, and Investor Relations

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Presidia Asset Management, a full-service real estate firm
offering brokerage, property management, and consulting services, has announced
that industry veteran Andrew Cresimore has joined the firm as Director of
Business Development, and Investor Relations.
Presidia has been helping investors create wealth through

attentive customer care and collaboration, and first-class quality to ensure
success and maximize value for clients, owners, partners, and residents.

Cresimore began his career with Landura Management Associates
in 2002 as a regional manager overseeing eight hundred units in affordable
housing for five years.
After which, he joined Ardmore Residential where he oversaw
new construction and lease ups of owner developed communities and most recently
was a regional manager at Apartment Dynamics where he managed a diverse
portfolio of lease ups, class A and worked on repositioning assets throughout
North Carolina.
He brings experience in all aspects of property operations
with a focus in community transition, onboarding communities, leasing and
repositioning.

is the ideal person to help lead the firm in investor relations and business
development.”
A member of Piedmont Triad Apartment Association, serving on
the board of directors, he earned a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor
designation from the National Apartment Association and has been an IREM
(Institute of Real Estate Management) member since 2006.
Cresimore received an MBA from Wake Forest University in
2006.
