Rita Williams' Merchandising Plus EXCELS Again at SEBC Awards Ceremonies

ORLANDO, Fla. --Rita Williams' Merchandising Plus showcased their creativity for clients by being honored during the design portion of the EXCEL and AURORA Awards in the interior merchandising categories at the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) in Orlando last week.

"We had a marvelous time at SEBC and I am so proud of our builders and developers, our suppliers and whole team," said Williams, owner of Merchandising Plus, specializing in home builder and developer marketing for single- family residential, multifamily, resorts and active senior living. "The awards are a testament to everyone's dedication to meet a client's expectations while enhancing their customer's vision for creativity, quality and design.

Clients receiving Awards for Best Interior Merchandising included:

Developer and Builder ICI Homes for The Victoria Model at Tamaya, Jacksonville, Fla.

Builder and Developer D.R. Horton for: The Lantana Model at Country Club Harbor, Palm Coast, Fla. and the Dalton Model at Grande Reserve (Freedom 55+ Community), Bunnell, Fla. The model also won an AURORA Award.

Developer Integra Land Company and Builder LandSouth Construction for Best Community Amenity-Sales Center Clubhouse @ Integra Lakes Apartment Community, Casselberry Fla.

Since 2000 Merchandising Plus has been honored with over 150 industry design awards including Laurel, the Nationals and Best American Living Award recognition.

Williams was inducted into the Florida Housing Hall of Fame in 2003.
She is a member, past senior officer and Life director of NEFBA and Florida Home Builders Association.
