Presidia Asset Management Announces New Tenants in Greensboro and Sanford
GREENSBORO,
N.C. (January 2 2024) – Presidia Asset Management, a full-service real estate firm offering

today it hasadded two new tenants to the Asheville Building in Greensboro and a
grocery store has expanded into Kendale Plaza in Sanford, N.C.Gina Hensley
Foundation
Home Builders, LLC is leasing 2,245 square feet in the Asheville Building.
Ebers Pharmacy has inked a lease for 1,600 square feet in the 134,464 square-foot
building at 1500 Pinecroft Road in the growing West Greensboro office
submarket.
The popular
Stretch A Buck, is expanding to 12,000 square feet in 60,640 square-foot
Kendale Plaza, highly visible at 2502 Lee Road in Sanford. Kendale Plaza, and
has been popular with high performing anchor tenants, national brands, and
local Sanford retailers for over 58 years.

wrapping up a busy 2023. They leased 17,000 square feet over the past three

help the community by keeping prices anywhere from 40 to 60 percent of retail
on name brand products and currently is a 5,000 square foot space with
twenty-four parking spaces.
With
products sold on a first come first served basis while they last, some days the
store is packed shoulder to shoulder with cars lining down the road. This
expansion will alleviate that. The new store will also have a wider variety of
products.
