the strategic recruitment of the Pacific Partners Investment Team to its
downtown Los Angeles office.

million in transaction volume since its founding members first joined forces in
2012.

Pan,
with nine years of multifamily investment sales experience, has won awards
recognizing his sales achievements for five years running. Likewise, his
partners David and Jeff Lin, each with five years of experience in multifamily
and retail investment sales, respectively, have also been recognized for their
success with sales and “Pace Setter” awards.
