comprehensive services to its valued clients, Colliers International in Greater Los Angeles is pleased to announce the strategic recruitment of the Pacific Partners Investment Team to its downtown Los Angeles office. 

 The five-member brokerage team is led by First Vice President Edward Pan and includes Vice Presidents David Lin and Jeff Lin, as well as Associate Vice President Jason Lin and Senior Associate Richard Wang. 

Together, this Southern California team offers a unique but decidedly in-demand expertise for trans-Pacific investment in the greater Los Angeles region, and indeed across the United States. Specializing in the disposition of multifamily and retail investment properties in the San Gabriel Valley, West Inland Empire and North Orange County markets, the team boasts a track record exceeding $300 million in transaction volume since its founding members first joined forces in 2012.

As such, the team is well positioned to facilitate and direct an abundance of capital from international investors eager to harbor their growing wealth in stable, tangible assets.

Pan, with nine years of multifamily investment sales experience, has won awards recognizing his sales achievements for five years running. Likewise, his partners David and Jeff Lin, each with five years of experience in multifamily and retail investment sales, respectively, have also been recognized for their success with sales and “Pace Setter” awards.
