ICSC'S TOM MCGEE
Tony Romo, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, will keynote the ICSC 2019 RECon conference in Las Vegas.

Romo’s presentation is being sponsored by LoopNet, a CoStar Group company, and he will share his perspective on leadership and sportsmanship and his unlikely career path to becoming a Pro Bowl football player.

Known for his headline grabbing performances on the field. Romo is now tackling the broadcast stage as the lead NFL Game Analyst at CBS Sports.

“Tony’s expertise reaches far beyond the football field and we’re thrilled to have him keynote RECon to demonstrate how good leadership and a strong work ethic can drive a person to greatness,” said Tom McGee, ICSC President and CEO. “There’s a lot to learn from perseverance and hard work, and Tony knows this well.”

As part of the event, Romo will take part in a contest giving a RECon attendee the chance to compete head-to-head with the Cowboys’ all-time passing leader. As part of this “competition,” LoopNet will make a $50,000 donation to the charity of Romo’s choosing.

Other keynote speakers at this year’s RECon include CNBC personality Marcus Lemonis who will discuss the innovation happening across the industry.

RECon 2019 will take place May 19-22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and feature more than 125 exhibitors. To learn more, visit: https://www.icsc.org/attend-and-learn/events/details/2019recon.
