TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Rita Williams Merchandising Plus showcased their creativity for clients once again by dominating the design portion of the 2017 Laurel Awards winning five Gold Laurels in the interior merchandising category.
The Laurel Awards celebrate the building industries top achievements by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and is presented to those in the industry who have demonstrated sales, marketing, building and design excellence.
“We were honored to be one of the big winners of the night by unveiling the beauty of some magnificent projects,” said Rita Williams, owner of Merchandising Plus, specializing in home builder and developer marketing for single- family residential, multifamily, resorts and active senior living.
Receiving the Golden Laurel Awards, Top Award for Interiors Merchandising:
- Broxton Bay at River City. The luxury apartments were developed by The Klotz Companies and built by LandSouth Construction.
- The Victoria Model Showhome at Tamaya in Jacksonville, Fla., Developed & Built By ICI Homes.
- The Lantana Model Showhome at Country Club Harbor in Palm Coast, Fla. Developed & Built By D.R. Horton Homes.
- The Dalton Model Showhome at Grande Reserve (Freedom 55+ Community) in Bunnell, Fla. Developed & Built By D.R. Horton Homes.
- The Clifton Model Showhome at San Salito (Freedom 55+ Community) in St. Augustine, Fla. Developed & Built By D.R. Horton Homes
