The 2017 NMHC 50 is the annual authoritative ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, general contractors and syndicators. Last year LandSouth was No. 16. Firms are ranked based on the number of units started in 2016 when LandSouth began 3,064 compared to 2,252 in 2015.
