LandSouth Construction Announces Jason Cromer and Duke Overstreet as Diamond Award Winners


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development has announced that Jason Cromer and Duke Overstreet have been named co-winners of the firm’s 2016 Diamond Award.

Cromer was recently promoted to senior project manager and has been with LandSouth for 12 years.

Cromer is responsible for field management operations, managing subcontractors, developing strong relationships with clients and achieving project completion and satisfaction from his clients. He began his construction management career in 2005 and has successfully integrated his technical skills into field management operations.

Overstreet is an assistant superintendent for LandSouth projects in Orlando and has been with company for nine years.

“Duke has more than two decades experience in multi-family construction and plays a vital role in the construction process and completion of projects for our clients in Central Florida,” added Pyle.
