LandSouth Construction to Build $28 Million Apartments in Pasco County

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.  -- LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development will soon begin construction on Integra Junction, a $28 million apartment community in Odessa, Fla. just 30 miles from Tampa.

Integra Junction is being developed by Integra Land Development of Lake Mary, Fla. Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is the architect. Completion is scheduled for March 2017.

Residences will be available in eleven unique, generous one, two and three bedroom, two bath, floor plans ranging from 764 to 1,385 square feet. Interiors will feature wood plank flooring, granite kitchen countertops and vanity tops, crown moulding and ceiling fans.

Amenities include a separate resort style clubhouse with pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio, pool room, tanning salon, Media Theater and Dog Park. Abundant garage and surface parking will be available.

The apartments will be in Odessa Fla. on State Road 54 and Black Lake Road in Pasco County. The new community sits on a 15.4-acre parcel three miles from the Suncoast Parkway interchange. Integra Junction is conveniently located near new shopping, dining, Southwest Florida’s rich recreational and entertainment venues and major highways.
