LandSouth Named One of Fastest Growing Firms for Second Straight Year by Business Journal

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 25, 2015) – LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed use developments, has been recognized for the second consecutive year  as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
The top 50 were selected based on average annual revenue growth over the past three years. In addition to percentage growth awards. The publication honors the top 10 companies in total revenue growth over the same three-year period. The company was No. 14 for 2014 with 65.97 percent growth rate and was No. 5 by dollar volume list for top revenue increase.
This recognition follows the firm being named to the Best Places to Work list by the publication for the second consecutive year. Earlier this year LandSouth Construction made the prestigious National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2015 ranking of the nation’s largest apartment contractors at No. 25.
