Rita Williams’ Merchandising Plus Completes the Addison at South Tryon
CHARLOTTE,
N.C (December 23, 2014) –
The Addison at South Tryon is multi-faceted by design to make every aspect of a
resident’s life better. ContraVest called on Jacksonville, Fla. based Rita
Williams’ Merchandising Plus to reflect that lifestyle in the developer’s new
apartment community in Charlotte, N.C.
“It was very exciting to again work
with the Contravest Construction and Development Team on these beautiful apartments.
It was great to see their whole professional management, marketing and construction
teams working to create this new, unique multifamily community,” Williams said.
Designed by architects Charlan Brock
& Associates, the Addison is nestled on twenty five beautiful acres with
direct access to South Tryon Street in the Queen City.
Two and three story buildings consist
of spectacular studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. The perfect
canvas for Rita Williams’ team to create their award-winning “wow” factor in a
resort style clubhouse and two models to attract prospective residents.
The South Tryon clubhouse is 8,328
square feet total, of which 6,021 square feet is heated. Merchandising Plus
effectively showcased stunning architectural details and finishes which created
a glorious canvas for creating the interior furnishings using rich fabrics and
colors with modern urban and cosmopolitan artwork and accessories.
“I have been fortunate to work with ContraVest
to create their phenomenal clubhouses and models throughout the country
including Arizona, Texas, Colorado, South and North Carolina, Georgia and
Florida,” Williams said. “The Addison at South Tryon will be considered one of
their flagships for beauty, style and comfort.”
The clubhouse is an extension of the
resident's apartment home with grand amenities for fireside gatherings,
billiard-game and party clubrooms with cyber cafe-bar chat community rooms and
a state of the art fitness center that opens to outdoor pool amenity spaces.
The $32-million, 321-unit apartment
community has two furnished models containing great modern and functional
spaces that were fun for creating imaginary lifestyle interiors.
“Our goal was to make every
prospective resident instantly excited to make Addison their new home. Our
marketing themes are designed to make all the spaces live large, function for
everyday living and "Wow" everyone who entered,” Williams noted.
Like all Merchandising Plus’ creations
the difference is in the details. Accent painted walls that were used in both
models and offered to the prospective residents to personalize and customize
their new apartment home.
The result was instant gratifications
for Altamonte Springs, Fla. based ContraVest and residents eager to move in.
“The Addison of South Tryon is the
talk of the town when it comes to new apartment homes. We were proud to help
make it all that the developer had hoped it would be. We loved working on the
community to make it ‘The Place to Call Your Home’ in Charlotte,” Williams
said.
Williams was inducted into the Florida
Housing Hall of Fame in 2003. She is a veteran Northeast Florida interior
merchandiser. She is a life director member of the Northeast Florida Builders
Association Board of Directors and the Florida Homebuilders Association and has
won numerous local, state, regional and national awards for her work.
