The Open House is Thursday Aug. 29, 9 a.m. – Noon at United Way 117 Bridge St. in St Augustine. The event will have light refreshments and door prize raffles. VOAD/LTRO is a coalition of non-profit organizations, faith-based groups, government agencies and community partners dedicated to providing a coordinated disaster response and recovery efforts.
