begun construction on apartments at ChampionsGate, a $32 million
luxury apartment community in Davenport, Fla.
The gated community will feature 308 residences and a
resort-style clubhouse in five buildings situated on 11.6 beautifully
landscaped acres. ChampionsGate is expected to be
completed in early 2017.

will range from 829 to 1,470 square feet, with an average unit size of 1,025
square feet. Secured building entrances,
air conditioned corridors and elevators provide upscale access to each of the
apartment homes.
The unique open floors plans include extra large kitchens
with entertainment bar, walk-in closets and thoughtful interior design accented
by crown moulding, custom paneled doors and raised panel cabinetry. Furnished
models will be available.
