JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, Fla. based general contractor

Loree Apartments, a $28 million luxury apartment community in Jacksonville,
Fla.
The gated, garden style, upscale suburban apartments are located
at 8649 AC Skinner Parkway in the southwest quadrant of J. Turner Butler and
Southside Boulevards.
The Loree Apartments will offer residents a unique combination of
social gathering areas, upscale resort style amenities, and oversized homes
buoyed by a convenient location. The project is immediately next to Lost Lake
Apartments, the development with one of the highest occupancy rates in Jacksonville
that LandSouth completed last year.
The developer is
AC Packer, LLC of Jacksonville Beach, Fla. Charlan
Brock & Associates of Maitland, Fla. is designing the community. Completion
is scheduled for the summer, 2016.

LandSouth broke ground on the 15-acre site earlier this month laying
the foundation for what will be another stand-out community built by LandSouth
Construction. The Loree Apartments is comprised of 300 spacious one, two and
three bedroom homes ranging from 813 to 1,307 square feet situated in 15
buildings.
The large residences reveal open floor plans, private balconies,
laminated plank flooring, dramatic high ceilings and large walk-in closets. The
island kitchens are being designed with modern finishes including granite
countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and black steel appliances. The bathrooms
also evoke sophisticated and upscale living with walk-in showers and elegant
dual-sink vanities.
