JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Former Middleburg practitioner Parveen Khanna MD has opened a new office in Herlong Commons.

She is the Medical Director and Owner of Pain Medicine Physicians of Jacksonville. Dr. Khanna formerly practiced Pain Management at Coastal Spine and Pain Center, Middleburg and Institute of Pain Management, Jacksonville, Fla.
